The topic I choose for my final essay is Renting an apartment is a better option than buying a house. Where I stand on the topic statement is that I disagree that renting is a better option than buying a house. I disagree with this topic because renting is not an investment for the long run. Buying a house is investment for your financial long term goals. Also buying a home you can personalize it to what you like or what you are interested in. When you are renting an apartment you have a lease to live and most of the time you cannot change the appearance of an apartment. Another reason I disagree that renting an apartment is a better option than buying a house is lease agreement can change as your living situation. When you are buying a house you don’t have to worry about your lease changing in a year. My husband and I were renting an apartment and they informed us before our lease was up that our contract price was going up by a hundred dollars. With the apartment manager changing our lease agreements made it where we could not afford to live in that apartment. So there are many reason why renting an apartment is not an option than buying a house. There are many things I will do to make sure I will complete my paper to the best of my abilities. Some of them are staying on track with the deadline, doing the accurate research for the topic, and understanding the information given to me for writing an essay. Some of the ways I can stay on track with my deadline not waiting till the last minute to finish my essay. Procrastination can leaded to me not passing or not finishing the essay. Another way I will ensure that I complete the essay is doing the correct amount of research for the essay. Having the good supporting key point for your topic will help make a good essay. Finally there is a lot of information out there about how to write a good essay. After reading the information and understanding the content I know that I will be able to write a good essay. In conclusion I know that I can complete my paper successfully because I am aware of my deadline, understand how to do research properly, and understanding the information given to me for writing an essay.
