Why_Should_I_Get_the_Scholarship_

I believe that we all deserve this scholarship as we all take time out to look and apply for this scholarship and even come here to go through the interviewing section. This says that we all want it. Everyone that comes here today has made an effort to receive this scholarship however it will be a miracle if we all received one. So instead of telling you why I deserve this scholarship I want to tell you why I want it. My life just like a lot of others has definitely not been a fairytale but I have been blessed and born to a middle Chinese family. I have been raised in a hard-working environment and involved with well-educated people since I was young. This ambient has helped me to develop strengths in myself such as being a good listener and quick learner with persevering nature. The people that influences me the most is my uncle. He is a pharmacy and from him , I have learned a lot about medicine and sacrifices of working in the medical field and the good deeds that I can do for people and communities. In my view, he is the starting point of my current ambition. During my frequent visits to hospitals with the company of my uncle I had an opportunity to observe different hardships and challenges which pharmacies have to face in their daily routine. I was sure that pharmacy is my true devotion , that 's why I decided to make every effort for developing my own career on this field .During my school years I had always been very good in scientific disciplines , especially in biology and chemistry . That 's why I started having a real interest in pharmacy and pharmacology. When I am free, I would always surf through internet to find all the details related to pharmacy . This helped me very much to prepare myself perfectly well for my future occupation . However, life is indeed an uphill battle. As my family is just in a middle-income bucket, the fee of the pharmacy course is unaffordable for us. My father is the only bread-winner of my family which is composed of six family members. I am considered as the “big brother” among the sons of my parents and all my next of kin are still studying in primary and secondary school. So, it would be a predicament for us if I still intend to pursue pharmacy course . But, that is my dream ! I would not give up so easily. I believe that every cloud has a silver lining. That is one of the many reasons why I want the scholarship as I believe that you will be the one who can realize my dream in my life. I aware that it is impossible for me to “ fly like an eagle with the wings of a wren” but I never say “impossible” and it will be possible if you can offer me this scholarship.
