Description of How Staff Meetings Are Organized And Executed
School principals need to allocate more time dealing with conflict. Patsy E. The school principal has the ultimate resonsibility and power to make changes and liable for the conflict outcome.Patsy E. Prior to the meeting time, have the room set up in a 'U' or circle shape for members of the schools to be seated. According to the Head of Business and Head of Information Technology members in the meeting need to discuss, read and approve any new process or activities. There will be hands-on demonstration if necessary to approve the process by having the entire team meet at a particular work center and walk through the process. All this process will be ensured to be according to the written procedures of Government and School.

Rather than waiting for guidance, Mr. Brian think ahead and plan what is best for the unit and he will find that you will be right most of the time. Following are the examples of points or issues will be raised or discussed in each meeting:
1. Introduction of any new members in the meeting.
2. Update the staffs about all the formations.
3. Consult the training schedules, study the drill references, and insure that all subordinates are prepared to instruct.
4. Keep members to be informed, and insure that they can assume command in the Principle absence.
5. Make on-the-spot corrections and, at the same time, be sure that all members of organization understand and comply with new rules or regulations.
6. Take an interest in the problems of organizations and make an effort to solve them.
7. He also will seek advice when encountered a problem which can't solve.
Reviewing the previous meeting minutes and assignments, the team needs to determine future action plans to complete assignments, and then as a team schedule the next meeting date, time, etc. The organization will create a standard format that meets the needs of tracking and documenting the Standard Operating Procedure. Items' such as numbering, dating, names, department, approval sign-off, originator, etc., will to be determined. The documents will be updated frequently to ensure the process meet the goals. There are various times and reasons why or when a document should be updated. Employees who use the document should notify supervisors when they can see a variance between how the document is written and how they actually complete the process. If there is an equipment change, then obviously there will be a document change. Sometimes if products change then the procedure will change. The best guarantee is to keep the documents a living document, and make changes when necessary
