The inability to sweat in response to work and/or body temperature increases is called anhydrosis. Sweating allows the body to regulate its temperature. The sweat leaves your skin through tiny holes called pores. When the pores are too fine or totally close, a patient will suffered from anhydrosis. When sweat is unable to leaves our skin through pores, it will accumulate at our joints. The excessive sweat at our joints will eventually attacks the joints producing an inflammatory synovitis that often progresses to destruction of the articular cartilage and ankylosis of the joints. To treat rheumatoid arthritis effectively, the doctors need to treat anhydrosis first, modern medicine know how to treat anhydrosis on horses.
