INTRODUCTION: This questionnaire aims at finding out how our customers see our products with the aim of improving the product in order increase market shares on the Ghanaian software market. The demographic data with respect to age, sex, religion and occupation was asked with the aim of finding out:
i. The age groups that mostly patronize our products and services, and how people of different ages see our products.
ii. The sex of the respondents is to find out the particular gender that feels more comfortable using our products. For example whether females prefer our products and services to males and vice versa.
iii. The religion of respondents was asked to be able to find out which religious groups use our products and services.
iv. Finally under demographic data, the occupation of the respondents was asked to be able to find out the kind of workers who really prefer using our products and also compare how people of various occupations patronize our products and services.
With information on these demographic factors from respondents further research could be conducted to find out why people from particular age groups, religion, sex and occupation prefer our products and services and the reasons why they prefer our products or do not prefer our products.
Questions that fell under product data were used to gather information on the company, our products, services, pricing and customer satisfaction.
Question five was asked to find out the best medium of advertisement in order to invest more into that medium and improve on the rest.
Question six was asked to find out how attracted customers are to our services. This question was asked with the aim of improving our total customer relationship and product dispensation.
Question seven was asked to find out the most patronized product with the intention of improving on the rest to increase patronage of those also.
Question eight was asked to find out the organizations that use our products most and how it benefits them. It is also to find the organizations that face challenges when using our products and find ways to make our products more favourable for them also.
Question nine was asked to find out how consistent people have been using our products.
Question ten was to find out about customers general satisfaction and find ways to improve on our products to make customers satisfied.
Question eleven was asked to find out how our customers see our products as compared to other competing products on the market so that we can find ways of making our products more superior to theirs.
Question twelve was asked to find out what other competing products have that our products do not have. This would enable us incorporate those features that they have into our services and products to make them better.
Question thirteen was to find out about how customers see the overall quality of our products and services so that we could improve upon them where needed.
Questions fourteen, fifteen and sixteen were asked to find out about how our customer and after sales services was valued by our clients and find ways of improving them.
Question seventeen was asked to find out whether customers had difficulty getting access to our company so that we could consider opening new locations closer to the clients.
Question eighteen was asked to find out from our clients the medium they prefer in contacting us so that we improve upon that medium and make it more readily available.
Question nineteen was asked to find out what our clients wish to see in our improved products.
Question twenty was asked to find out the challenges our clients face in using our services and products so that we could find appropriate means and ways to improve upon them.
Question twenty-one was asked the most and least important factors our clients consider in choosing our products to other products, and also to find out the most valuable factor they consider when buying IT products.
Question twenty-two was asked to find out how confident clients are in our products the extent to they would be able to boast about it to other people.
