Dietary supplement connotation is a product or pill that compliments the foods nutrition. It contains additive ingredients such as minerals, herbs, vitamins, and other botanical substances. The dietary supplement comes in all shapes and sizes from pills to tablets as well as liquefied form. Minerals and vitamin supplements contains micronutrients, which enhances a body mobility. Other food sources that contains fiber are yogurts, grains, and flax seed. Another beneficial supplement is protein. Protein helps a person feel fuller more so than fat or carbohydrates. Taking multivitamins can provide necessary nutrients to the body. It helps to ensure the body with full nutrients for dietary imbalance.
