The Diary Entries of Wiley Adamson Dear Diary, Today the class got a new teacher. He use to be a football coach and his name is Mr. Hughes. Well at least he use to be Mr. Hughes. As of today he is now Mr. Huge. Either then that of course, Snoopy was annoying Jeff and I as well. He kept babbling on and on about how Jeff and I can make any nickname stick. As if! If it doesn’t suit the person it won’t stick. I believe they call that common sense. Anyways Jeff and I had to come up with a nickname for the dullest kid in school, Mike. We decided Iceman because he’s so dull. Pretty lame isn’t it' Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, Today Mr. Huge acted like a total menace. He was jumping around and blowing on his whistle as we did a pop quiz. Talk about crazy. We also got a new student. Her name is Cassandra. She has red hair and she wears these combat boots and this weird skirt. Looks like Jeff and I need to think of a new nickname. Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, After school Jeff and I bumped into the new girl, Cassandra. She was roller blading and after a while she went dazed and then started talking about this blue-crested warbler sparrow. It’s an endangered species or something like that. Jeff and I even came up with a few nicknames for Cassandra but for some reason none of them seem good enough. Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, Today was a pretty busy day. Mr. Huge wasn’t proud of the nickname Jeff and I gave our class, the Dim Bulbs. Worst of all, he drove us crazy when we did the practice test for the state reading test. Is that ever annoying' Not only that though but Cassandra actually spoke up to Mr. Huge because he was calling her a man when she’s a girl. It was pretty cool to watch. Jeff and I even went to her house after school. Only to be nice of course. Sadly, we had to put up with 3 hours of Endangered Species Monopoly. Never again will I do that. Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, Today was awesome! When the class and I went on a field trip to Valley Gourd and it began raining. We got to play outside a bit but then we had to come back into the bus. We did a few hand wrestles and Cassandra beat everyone! She even went up against Mr. Huge along with a few other kids. Of course they lost but it still was amazing. Still that was nothing! Cassandra ended up telling the bus driver to stop because she thought she saw this endangered gopher and it turned out to only be an ordinary. So the bus got stuck in some mud and Mr. Huge actually went out and began trying to pull it out. Then Cassandra joined him and we all joined him. We managed to get it out and finally get back to school. She should have seen the principal. He had the deer-in-head-lights stare as usual. Priceless. Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, You will never believe this! Indy and Soap Opera Adamson has been driving out of the drive way in the Indy Mobile when they ran over a blue-crested warbler sparrow! Jeff and I quickly saved it but it’s wing is all messed up. We have it in the shed. Were going to heal it and then give it to Cassandra. I can just see her reaction now. It’ll be awesome! Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, Today was weird. Cassandra and I were teamed up to be the Stop Cops and Jeff kept coming around saying he’d help us. I mean we didn’t need his help but he wouldn’t listen. I think there’s something wrong going with him. He was getting really annoying. Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, Oh man were now in trouble. The entire class did so bad on the state reading practice test that Mr. Huge might get sacked! Cassandra was pretty upset about it so she said that we all need to start reading more. Now I’m actually reading and it’s fun. Sadly because of that I won’t be able to right anymore tonight. So until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, Ugh I just want to forget about today! It was so awful just thinking about it makes me even more sore. See I asked my mom for roller blades and she actually bought them for me so I went to see Cassandra. We went roller blading and it was fun until it turned into a total disaster. I accidentally started going backwards down a hill and nearly died! I was at the hospital for ages and I was badly hurt. Jeff now hates me because I went blading and Cassandra and I seriously think he had issues. I mean it’s not like it’s illegal to hang out with Cassandra. Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, Jeff is finally getting on my last nerve! That idiot just had to start a huge competition on who could carry the most bricks to help Cassandra with her house. I accidentally slipped though and he ended up carrying the most bricks. You should have seen Cassandra’s reaction. She was amazed! It made me want to puke. Thankfully her dad spotted it and lectured him. I even got credit for being a sensible kid. Serves Jeff right. Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, Sorry I haven’t been writing in you much. I’ve just been reading constantly. Well here’s what’s new. Mike- I mean the Iceman is now in the school newspaper and ha his own personal column called ‘Ask the Iceman’. He’s not even good with it! But I honestly don’t care about Mike right now. It’s that stupid Jeff! He told Cassandra I wouldn’t want to help out with Mexico for International Day and put himself in the group so he could work alone with him. He’s finally pushing his luck now! Also DD (the blue-crested warbler sparrow) is doing great now. She’s basically healed and Jeff and I are going to have to bring her to Cassandra together or not at all. Sucks doesn’t it' Something good that’s actually happened though is that we did the state reading test. IT was actually pretty easy. Hopefully we got good marks on it. If not then it’s bye bye to Mr. Huge. Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, I don’t even know if I want to write about what happened tonight. It was International Night and Jeff had to be the horse with me. So my plan did work but then me and him actually got in a fist fight, as we were holding the Iceman who just so happened to be the mountie for the Canada section. Oh man was that ever bad. We all did get a round of applause but still I would be happy if I never had to speak to Jeff again. I mean it. It’s over. So until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, As I’m pretty upset I’m not going to go into detail for this entry. Let’s just say Jeff and I got in this huge squabble on who’s going to take DD to Cassandra and we accidentally kill the bird. Then when we walk to Cassandra’s house she tells as she wants to ask the Iceman to the Saddy Hadins Dance! I couldn’t believe it! Then she does it right in front of Jeff and I leaving us heart broken because he said yes. I really can’t believe it. But I guess one good thing came out of it. Jeff and I are friends again and Cassandra is now Carrot Top. Anyways until next time, Wiley Dear Diary, Yes! The entire class got the highest marks and had the biggest improvement for the state reading test! That means Mr. Huge gets to keep his job! Not only that but Snoopy actually wanted to keep his nickname even though he won the bet. I still don’t understand it. But everything’s cool now. The Iceman, Carrot Top, Jeff and I have even started an Endangered Species Club. Hopefully things will go smoothly but hey. You never know. So until next time, Wiley
