Study Plan in China My name is Miss Kunyaporn Horwanpakorn. I am studying at Huazhong University of science and technology. I am pursuing my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and going to complete the program in June, 2017. I am writing study plan to apply for China Scholarship Council. Before I decided to study clinical medicine, I graduated from the faculty of pharmacy from Thailand. After the graduation I have worked at a consult, giving information and detail about drug and medical equipment at a drug store in Thailand. I saw so many people suffer from different kind of symptoms and diseases. They have taken a lot of medicines and have gone to every doctor appointments in time but still getting worse and worse. I asked them “How did you take your medicine'”, “How did you take care yourself after you know that you got this disease'”, “Do you know about the disease that you have'” Their answer was that they didn't know anything about their illness. They knew only that they should take their medicine that the doctor ordered because Medicine is good for them but they didn’t know any side effect of the medicines that they've taken. They didn't even knew why they should take medicine or when they should take them, before or after meal and this problem make them unable to follow the right medical treatments. Finally, if they have bad luck, they could get another disease when they took the medicines wrongly, such as Aspirin (one of drug for treat fever, prevent heart attack and stroke) that they should take it immediately after meal. If take before meal, you could get another disease. That disease is peptic ulcer (mainly for this symptom is abdomen stomachache). Moreover if they took medicine everyday without changing their behavior such as eating food, exercising, drinking beverage etc. They won't be able to get better. When I studied faculty of pharmacy, I know the details all of medicine but the basic of symptom are not much therefore I would to study clinical medicine for apply my pharmacy’s knowledge in order to get more profound about the particulars in our body such as Mechanism of disease, How to check up patient and How to use medical equipment etc. My dream is to be the best doctor and the best pharmacist. When I complete my graduate. I will come back to my country and use all this accumulation knowledge to explain to patient and healthy person. I will do all my best to give good information, take care of themselves to right a way and protect themselves from another disease. Thus, I am confident in my ability to continue to study clinical medicine. All the above traits enable me to succeed in various circumstances with no matter how hard they are. When I am going to graduate from my MBBS major, I am going to come back to Thailand and dedicate my lifetime to utilize my knowledge and experience which I will have obtained from my study in China to help and developing my country. Moreover I will adapt myself into Chinese society and obey all the school’s discipline and the China’s laws obediently. I selected to study in China because of five reasons as follow. First of all, China has developed education. Many universities and colleges in China reach to international standards and the number of international student increase in recent years. So, China really becomes an international studying environment. The second reason is China has a unique traditions and beautiful language. Chinese is widely spoken language in the whole world. When I lived in Thailand I always see Chinese characters in advertisement. I think Chinese character is very difficult. But now I am studying Chinese language and that make me know every word of Chinese are not difficult to learn. Every word that comes from authentic nature. The third reason is the youth and enthusiasm I want to learn deeply and challenge with myself in international working and studying environment. The fourth reason is China open up an opportunity for people, who are interesting and come to study major that they like for develop them country. Finally, China has the eldest and the most magnificent culture among all of the countries in Asia, so it is a good opportunity for me to broaden my knowledge of Chinese traditions and cultures. If I receive this scholarship it would be an opportunity to follow my aim and use my knowledge to improve the quality of the human resources in Thailand. I am ready to get this chance and I am going to treasure this opportunity and use all effort to improve myself even more while I am going to spread all of my knowledge and experience to my country and be a culture bridge to the relation between both countries.
