------------------------------------------------- Santiago City Association Of Student’s Assistance Organization (ASAO) ------------------------------------------------- Santiago City CONSTITUTIONS AND BY-LAWS OF STUDENT’S ASSISTANCE ORGANIZATION ARTICLE I Name: Office of the Organization Purpose Section 1. Name of the Organization This organization is organized by the Student’s Assistance which was named as the STUDENT’S ASSISTANCE ORGANIZATION (SAO) Section 2. Office of the Organization The office of the organization shall be located within the premises of the campus of Northeastern College. Section 3. Purpose of the organization To established an organized student aid for the benefit of the NC’nians and to coordinate with the management of the school. ARTICLE II Membership Section 1.Requirement for membership All Student’s Assistance Scholar of Northeastern College are Expected to: A.) Comply with and bound by the by- laws of the organization and any rules and regulations of our adviser and officers. B.) Attend any meeting that may be called by the advisers and officers. To be updated in all activities and programs in our organization. ------------------------------------------------- Santiago City Section 2. Rights of the members A member shall have the following rights: A.) To receive respect the dignity of individual as SA B.) To have authority to use facilities and properties to the office that you’re assigned. C.) To have a bonding time, for the purpose to know each other. (specially new member) Section 3. Punishment If a member commits any felonious act which contrary to the interest of the organization or to the rule s and reugulations. Officers made have report to the adviser, if found guilty only the advisers shall be subject for suspension/eviction of the member. ARTICLE III MEETING Section 1. regular meetings The Student’s Assistant Organization shall have a regular meeting every first Monday of the month. Section 2. Special Meetings Special meetings happen only if our adviser or set of officers they have important announcement for our organization. ARTICLE IV ORGANIZATION OFFICERS Section 1. General Powers The officers of the organization shall be responsible to the affairs of the organization, to formulate and adopt policies and plan, promulgate rules and regulation for the management. ------------------------------------------------- Santiago City Section 2. Election and Tenure Officers shall be elected to office and be held an office of tenure for one year until their successor are duly elected and qualified. Section 3. Qualification * At least, senior among of the members. * Have a good character and willing to perform. * Flexible, initiative, and willing to render services. ARTICLE V COMPOSITION AND FUNCTION OF OFFICERS Section 1. President The president shall be the head of the organization. Shall perform all duties incident to the officers of the president and such maybe prescribed by the officers from time to time. Section 2. Vice- president Shall assist the president on every activities and meeting of the organization, in the absence of the president, the vice-president shall also perform the duties of the President. Section 3. secretary The secretary shall be responsible in keeping all the record and all the minutes of meeting of the organization. Shall be also responsible in keeping all the records of student’s assistant specially the daily attendance and during the Saturday extra job. Section 4. Treasurer
