Annually, countless of students are themed for consistent tests in schools. Standardized tests, utilized in twenty-eight out of fifty states (“examination, Evaluation, and Distinction”) are used to evaluate the learners’ comprehension in specific area under discussion such as mathematics and interpretation. Everything that is being taught for a total year is estimated in an approximately three-hour examination on a particular date. This is not fair to the learners. Not everything can be educated in excess of the duration of the year to being tested on a specific date. I take into consideration the students that obtain the lowest to the highest ranking. This testing is not an indicator of the overall students’ academic abilities but this can take a toll on the individuals’ emotional capacity as well as the ability to comprehend what has been taught over the course of the years. Let’s think about the learner taking this test for the first time and their position on that given date that the tests are given maybe that day the person was not performing as they usually do and then again what if the persons taking the tests performed exceptionally well on that given day and the rest of the school year that persons academic skills suffered on a daily basis would it be fair to say that these tests are accurate depending upon the individuals and how well they learn and perceive information and the person’s ability to process such data. I believe that these test are not as fantastic as some would have you to believe. What come about if an undergraduate who established high evaluation in a topic throughout class has an unpleasant day of the week and result at a low level on the uniform test' The grade on the test is more significant to the country than the genuine score established in the group of students. Annually, undergraduates who usually do extremely well in an evident topic fall short in the test for the reason that of issues, such as illness or test apprehension. Standardized assessment is not the proficient way to assess individuals’ competence in detailed areas. The Standardized testing was put into practice to measure the individuals’ intelligence the quality of the schools as well as compare the additional scores with other schools in dissimilar states and localities. The thought was a great one but the organization in which the professionals employ to create the testing was far from competent.
