Remarkable environmental benefits: Currently there are about 3500 PCB (Printed Circuit Board) factories in various scales with the monthly output quantity up to 120 million square meters. These sludges may cause great damage to the water resources and surrounding environment especially areas close to PCB factory. Furthermore, mass consumption of copper in PCB factories has burdened the pressure of copper exploitation industry. It is well known that metallurgy-based mining is a huge source of pollution and produces many contaminations, like TMT, dust and etc. which are produced in the process of exploitation which also causes the loss of water and soil. Forthermore, poisonous gases like SO2 and CO2 is released in the process of smelting. Thus the ecological balance is damaged. However, our system can effectively reduce the quantity of nitrogen and metal wastes in the waste etching liquid. Outstandingly, it can recover copper from the waste liquid by 99.5% and can reduce the pollution caused in exploiting copper and supply high quality raw material copper and copper powder. This is a fantastic way to save the sparse natural copper resource. Our system and technology completely accord with the national environmental protection policy and achieved the goal of zero release of hazardous substances.  2, Considerable economical and social benefits: Currently waste etching liquid in PCB factories in China contains more than 302,000 tons copper.
