Shoplifting

I deeply apologize about recently shoplifting at your store. Not only it was a wrong thing to do, but it was also very foolish. It was a lack of moral judgment on my part. I am very glad the workers had caught me taking that underwear I had taken because I have definitely learned my lesson, whether it was easy or not. I understand how serious this is, and I guarantee you that it will not happen again in your store or in any other stores. I shouldn’t have done it in the first place. Before this incident, It did not cross my mind about how bad stealing really was. I didn’t even realize how many cameras there were in the store until my friends and I were taken into the security room. I was terrified about what was happening. I have learned that shoplifting is not just going into a store and getting something for free. I have realized that it could hurt the Kohls business very badly, and could even make the store go bankrupt. It is not beneficial to anyone, so there is no reason to do it. I feel terrible for shoplifting in the first place. All of the people that work there work very hard to make money, and it is unfair how shoplifters cause them to loose their earnings. It hurts everyone, not only yourself. I used to shop at Kohls all the time, and it would be wonderful if I was allowed to shop in there again, since I was banned from there ever since the incident. If you do not let me go back into the store however, I would completely understand. I understand that what I have done is against the law, and it is not okay to do. This is my first time getting involved with the criminal court, and it will certainly be the last. This is also the biggest mistake I have ever made. It is absolutely not okay to shoplift for any reason at all, since it could ruin your whole life that is ahead of you, and it could prevent you from getting a job. My life could have been ruined forever just for something that had happened in the past. It is not worth the risk. I have faced the consequences given to me, and I understand that they will get worse if I continue to shoplift. I promise myself that I will never do it again. I am so angry at myself for why I have shoplifted in the first place. I messed up big time, and was not thinking before I did my actions. I would not have gotten into all this trouble if I would have thought to myself, “what could happen if I get caught'” From now on, I am not going to get tempted for taking something anymore. I am not going to get involved with anyone that is shoplifting either, since I now know what the consequences are. Thank you for giving me this one chance to fix my mistakes. This will never happen again.
