CHAPTER II FEASIBILITY STUDY TECHNICAL FEASIILTY Hardware and software support and necessary to be successfully implemented the overtue system and making it technically feasible. The problem encountered which is the inaccuracy records of their sales. The proposed system can avail to lessen their effort daily. That’s why, Center Point Building believed that it can make their system accurate and efficient. Thus, they desired to have computerized system. Moreover, the problems their experience daily will be solve by this kind of alternative solution. OPERATIONAL FEASIBILITY In making their system to a simple computerized sales and inventory system, help to have no longer big burden for every users working their system. Their system will be trained on how proper operation can be done. Otherwise the user provides manual records as their operational guide. Thus definitely ease the level of their customer service and improved their sales tremendously. the recurring expenses requisites. The systemprovidesupdated information account for the correct stock in warehoincruse. Thus definitely ease the level of their customer service and improved their sales tremendously. Chapter III SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN This chapter has an illustrative analysis of existing system and the proposed computerized system. Both systems have corresponding data flow diagram which logic method which is exemplified. The proposed computerized system contains the specification of the requirements and identities the possible users. .THE EXISTING SYSTEM Interviews and actual observation was conducts to gathered necessary data in developing the proposed system. Based on my observation and interview, the customer are choosing the products what they want, then they will say it to the clerk/employee of the company, The employee/clerk will assist them and compute the total price then issue a receipt. Lastly the customer will get his/her chosen products the release it. At the end of the month, the company conducts their inventory all products and listed in the record book. The clerks counts and records the stocks and give the lists to the manager for checking. The employee will now generated the written report in a ledger. USERS OF THE SYSTEM PRIMARY USER The primary user of the proposed system is the clerk or the employee who is entitled to enter transactions in a computer aided form. SECONDARY USER The secondary user is the proprietor because all transactions of the company. ANALYSIS OF THE EXISTING SYSTEM The proposed Computerized Sales and Inventory System of J. Dimaano Enterprises Product will lessen number of works like the time consuming in generating report, hard time in retrieving records and the slow processing in determining the incoming and outgoing products. Then the customer will give the receipt to the clerk for recording then they will release the product to be purchased. In every end of the month, the company conducts their inventory; all supplies are listed in the record book. 5. The clerk will count and record the stocks. The clerk will now generate the report by printing the record in the database. The proposed system can provide both soft and hard copy for easy retrieval of records. Loosing of the records can also be avoided because the system provides a back up module. Using the proposed system, the computer will automatically compute the price of every product purchased and can easily issue a receipt by providing a hard copy. Generation of reports can be easily done because all information can retrieve easily in the database.
