Products may be | | |purchased to enjoy the same treatment in the comfort of your own home at a | | |reasonable price. | | | | | | | | Roles and Behaviors | |Entrepreneurs | | | |As an entrepreneur in this company you have to have the energy, boldness, courage, | | |spirit, and expertise to start and grow this company. We will first have to find the| | |resources to get Destin for Women Beauty & Spa off the ground. Beauty products that | | |will be sold in the company entrepreneurs will have to be able to recognize | | |opportunities offered by recent technology to find new ways to make or supply | | |products for a cheaper price. The ability to find highly skilled, trained, and | | |motivated workers to join the team will have to be accomplished also .Lastly but not| | |least entrepreneurs will have to take steps to make sure the operation of the | | |company quality is improving at all times. | | | | | | | | | | |Managers | | | |Managers of this company will plan well in order for the company to be profitable. | | |Goals or targets will have to be chosen that will be used to measure how efficiently| | |and effectively the business model of the company is working. Employees will have to| | |be grouped into their specific field or tasks they will perform to have a better | | |organized company. The business organization culture has to be instilled into each | | |employee of the company. Managers also have to be able to lead their workers to do | | |what the vision of the company requires. The company as a whole has to operated | | |successfully by controlling it, which means evaluating whether or not the company is| | |achieving its goals and taking action if not. | | | | | | | | | | | | | |Employees | | | |Employees have to make sure that they are performing their job duties that they were| | |hired for and signed the contract for. Efficient and effective work is required of | | |all employees. Customer service, commitment, loyalty, and courtesy are requirements | | |of this company.
