Risk, Facility, and Event Management Assignment There are three sections in which are important for the three events that are coming to my city. Each event should always make sure that their facility rental and venue logistics are in order and that they are selling tickets for the event. Once those two things are in order than the event management should walk through the building and make sure it is safe for them to have guests at their event. In the event of Youth Bowling Championship there is an area I think is less important in it is a youth bowling championship which means that the alcohol management and training should not be on the top list of things to plan for. When it comes to the Collegiate Football Game I believe the less important event would have to be alcohol management and training. A lot of people do come to the football games to cheer their teams on and drinking while you are there is a bonus but when it comes to safety the alcohol can be cut. The most important event in football game would be the medical and emergency and evacuation plans because with it being a physical sport having an emergency plan is always a good idea in case something bad were to happen there would be people there to know what to do. When it comes to Monster Truck Rally the less important thing to do at the event would be again the Alcohol and training of personnel because they fans are there having a good time and with them drink alcohol it can cause something bad between people or the driving home so I would have to say comes to safety. The most important thing at the event would be Customer service because with good customer service the fans and customers are happy and with happy customers means more business. I would have to say when it comes to Youth Bowling Championships games the most critical importance would be the building maintenance because the place has to look nice for people wanting to come to do business there as well as making sure all the machines work properly. If there wasn’t good equipment then people wouldn’t want to bowl there. So it is always good to keep up on all the maintenance that needs to be done. The most critical importance thing I would have to say when it comes to the collegiate football game would be the Medical emergency and evacuation plans because it is a physical sport and a lot of injuries do happen so I think it is crucial to have trained personal like emts and paramedics onsite. Also its good to have people know what to do and where to go and guide people in case some would have to cause them to evacuate. When it comes to the Monster truck rally the most critical importance would be the Recruitment and training of personal. I say this because with the trained personal the workers will know how to give the proper customer service as well in case something where to happen badly the workers will be trained properly and know what to do and not freaking out. It is always good to have workers like that makes the customers/fans calm. I would say the in the event of Youth Bowling champions game the stage that deserves the most attention would be the Customer service because with no customers then there wouldn’t be a youth bowling because there wouldn’t be any money going around to pay for workers or equipment. Also I believe crowd management deserves to be looked at carefully to because you do not want too many people in the building that is over the capacity and go against fire code. When it comes to the Collegiate Football game the stage that deserves the most attention is the box office management and ticketing I say this because you would like to know if the team that is playing if they are doing good with profit with the tickets as well as if the college is meeting there quota on how many tickets are sold. It is good to keep track of this due to profit. When it comes to the Monster Truck Rally I think the stage the deserves the most attention would be the Contract negotiations with promoters I say this because that way there isn’t any complications on drivers trying to get more money or the organization is reliable for anything that goes wrong. I really don’t know what is on these kinds of contracts but I imagine it talks about how the drivers are the responsible ones for anything that goes wrong with their trucks and this is how money you are getting paid for the event. So contracts are a good way to go when it comes to this type of events. In these three sections we touched based on the importance on what it takes to run a good origination and how to keep it running. It takes good customer service as well as proper building, machine maintenance. Also it is always a good idea to have trained medical staff whenever you are doing something physical and someone can be hurt.
