It matters that you did.”  ― Cassandra Clare, City of Glass When I am at my best, I could be talking/ interacting with either five, ten, fifty or five hundred people and it wouldn’t change a thing about what I say or how I say it. My passion is absolute and can be undiluted at the most testing of times. Something the father of our nation said and I have held onto “One must be slow to form opinions, but once formed they must be defended against the heaviest odds.” In today’s world, I am an outlier when it comes to passing judgements because I carefully weigh every aspect of a situation before coming to a conclusion. This is the reason why almost every single feedback I have received contains an element of either self-belief or confidence. Strong communication skills are something I leverage as often as possible to clearly propose my ideas and vision for any project to others involved. They help display clarity of thought and create a perception of the propositions being well thought out. These skills help me to build a good rapport and engage people. Prioritization and Passion are not two assets that are usually mentioned together. But after analysing the feedback, I can conclude they go hand in hand at least for me. Being able to prioritize that which I enjoy doing and that which I feel is important; I am able to channelize my efforts towards the goals which provide maximum sense of achievement and satisfaction. While prioritization is important to organize, passion is sustained when I focus on things which I love. Logical, intelligent and a no-stress attitude are the three attributes which complement the other traits in a perfect manner. Logic and intelligence combine to give me a clear stream of thought in anything I undertake. Founding the basis for the self-confidence I feel these are extremely crucial as they allow me to back my judgement and be who I am without the need to seek validation. Finally I do not believe worrying leads to any positive outcome. Being calm in a high stress situation enables me to lead people around me when things seem to be falling apart. Being in control of a situation automatically makes people follow you either consciously or sub consciously. The ability to prioritize based on logic, execute with passion grounded in belief drawn from intelligence eliminates the need to stress. Every great dream begins with a dreamer.
