I had discussed with him regarding his recent decision to pursue graduate studies through your university. I applaud his decision and strong desire to take his dream and skill to the next level. It needs people with a good blend of Technical , Commercial & Human relations skill. Some people are creative but overrate themselves with high expectations from the organisation & hence are unable to survive the pressures. Others seem to handle pressure well, but are conformists. An organisation needs to balance the creative & conformity skills of an individual within it. Also as the organisation needs to achieve its stated business objectives, people within the organisation need to develop & utilise various skills both personal and professional to reach the top. At Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt Ltd.,we recognize that Reddy Chetan Nagarimadugu has developed the necessary qualities & skill to succeed in this tough business. I have closely watched him develop into a fine leader and he currently manages Press Shop ( Die Maintenance). Additionally, Reddy Chetan‘s desire to stay at the top of his game is clear as he consistently offers a fresh perspective and creative approach to projects. He also approaches his projects by taking calculated risks and amaking solid determinations. In a span of two years wherein we met & have worked with Reddy Chetan Nagarimadugu ,one thing that impresses me the most about him is his ability to lead teams. Constantly seeking new challenges,learning & acquiring new skills and developing a resourceful network of colleagues are his other strengths.. He manages to weather negative events and turn them into positive learning experiences. One more quality which I noticed is that he never makes the same mistake twice. He is persevering and appreciates positive criticism that can only make him grow in the long run. Reddy Chetan does have a few shortcomings that he is aware of and tries to work on which I think your graduate program will help him to overcome.
