• I would definitely integrate the Transcendental meditation technique in my own lifestyle. The TM technique is just simply taking time out of your day to sit, relax, close your eyes and just think. Everybody needs this type of meditation in their life because it helps you analyze yourself and it relieves a lot of stress. This past week I have tried to incorporate it and I would do it once I wake up to try and start my day off good and once before I went to bed and it just helped me in so many ways.
