1. Do you think meditation leads to heightened sensation and perception' Explain why or why not.
Yes and no. I could see sensation being heightened because of the relaxed state you are in. It seems easier for sensory organs to respond quicker when in this state. I think perception would be opposite. I think this because of the concentration level your brain is in may assist your psychological sensory organs to perceive things differently than they would in your alert state.
2. Have you considered integrating meditation into your own lifestyle' If so, list one strategy for fitting meditation into your schedule. If not, explain why.
Both of the exercises I found this week definitely make me want to experiment a little with meditation. I do not feel comfortable sharing which they are but I think these techniques may be able to enhance a few areas in my life that could use some help.
