LTA Project Management Plan CMGT/411 June 30, 2012 LTA Project Management Plan Project Plan Project Goal * Lease commercial properties in Boise, Idaho; Fargo & Bismarck, North Dakota; Sioux Falls & Rapid City, South Dakota; Cheyenne & Jackson, Wyoming; and Billings, Montana. * Establish utility services for all eight locations. * Recruit a Managing Broker, one receptionist, and two administrative assistants for the home office which will be located in Boise, Idaho. Recruit one licensed broker and one administrative assistant/receptionist for the other seven offices. * Establish a training program for the newly recruited staff for each location prior to their openings. * Purchase black and white/color printers/copiers & fax machines for each office. * Set up a secured network for all offices to communicate through the internet and telephone. * Create a company website that will be accessed by both customers (for interest rates, financial calculators, and other information concerning home mortgage) and employees. * Create a back- up system and data storage for the secured information and an encrypted email address for security. * Technical and maintenance support.
