Choosing a Career Many people have trouble choosing a career for their lives. I did also and I chose something that I liked doing. I chose something that is interesting and fun at the same time. There are many careers to choose from in the world from software engineering to farming. There are many people who have a problem in choosing a career, a solution to that problem is to that uses what they’re good at and what they like to do, and some drawbacks are that they might not like what they’re good at, they’re not good at what they like, or they are too lazy to find these two things out. The problem is that people have problems in choosing their career. There are many people who have no idea what they want to do when they become an adult and don’t know what they are good at. Many people have to figure out what they are good at and what they want to do so they can find a career. Some people don’t even try to find out what they will do for a career and just give up on finding a good career. Some people just live off of other people and may be thrown out to fight for themselves without anything. They won’t be able to support their family because they don’t know what they want to be and what they are good at. The solution for them is to choose something that they are good at and like very much. To find out what they are good at they can do a career test like careerpath.com or other websites online to find out what career they should do based on what they like. For example, when I checked for my career it was social or investigative, the second of which has the career I am getting a degree for. They can also find out if they can find a career that has to do with their hobbies. For example, if they like sports they can try and get better and possibly join a team. They can choose something like engineering or they could join a business. There are many choices in the world and they should choose something that they will love and are good at so they can stick with it till they retire. Some drawbacks are that they might not like what they are good at, they are not good at what they like, or they are lazy and won’t try to find out these two things out. If they don’t like what they are good at they still might get a good job but it will not be what they like and they may get bored or not want to work. If someone is good at being a doctor but he or she doesn’t like being around people then he may not do as good. If they don’t do the work they won’t make money, and they won’t be able to support their family. If they are not good at what they like then they can’t choose it because they still won’t be able to support a family. If someone like playing a sport but is not good at it he will not be able to get the job that he wants. Either way they will have problems with their career. They also might be too lazy to find out what they like or are good at. These people probably won’t be to support other people or themselves. They won’t be able to support themselves much less their family. For example someone could be really smart but get complacent and lazy while living with their parents and don’t leave. Many people have a problem in choosing a career, a solution would be to choose something that they like and are good at, and some drawbacks are that they don’t like what they are good at they are not good at what they like, and they are too lazy to find out what they are good at or what they like. They can choose any career in the world to do as long as they are not too lazy to do the work needed. Once they choose a career they like and are good at the will be able to get salary, support any family they might have, and live a great life.
