Imagination is something one must have to foresee a creation that could become something great extraordinary. There several ways in which to the imagination flows when starting a new creation their first must be organization of the necessary elements. In business a good imagination is necessary for critical thinking. The Island Country of Kava is a third world country rich in natural resources but lacking in industry. With the introduction of the organizational structure to the island, the possibility of change can be introduced and this will bring future opportunity to a local population and modernization where few have had opportunity to advance economically. These changes will bring change to assist with the extreme climate conditions, the economic problems and issues concerning the disease. This review will introduce these issues showing growth of a newly developing organization.
Even though The development could prove costly because the island has too many negative problems to include a extreme weather conditions, the company through growth can develop and manage a highly effective and efficient organizational structure because goods and services that come from the island have a significant impact on the our company, ourselves, our families, and people all over the world. A strong economy can be the driving force to everything necessary to include a profitable business that can thrive even on an undeveloped island like the Island Country of Kava.
The Island Country of Kava is located in the South Pacific, a place that has seen an enormous share of issues through the years. To name a few, Kava is inhabited by an ethnic mix of people from different backgrounds and religions. Through this diversity the people of Kava have coexist despite obvious personal differences in origin. Unfortunately, due to extreme weather, the bad economy, and disease the island has not been able to thrive. The island population has not grown and approximately 50% of the population is 15 years old or younger.
Where the tropic climate conditions of the islands can be nice at times, The South Pacific has seen its share of tsunamis, earthquakes, and hurricanes not to include the potential for volcanic eruptions. The Island Country of Kava has been no exception. The island in past years has had to face an onslaught of hurricanes that have impacted the economy on Kava which is based on the petroleum business, natural gas, and coffee. Starbucks or Peet’s Coffee and Tea do not exist on the island, however, coffee crop is a major moneymaker in the country, along with the banana crops, spices, and sugar cane all help with the local economy. Another issue that has been affecting the inhabitants on the island has been disease. One recent disease that hit the island was The Avian Flu, and in addition there have been some HIV, and AIDS virus cases. The company projects that the top areas of concern are the extreme weather and the economic state of the island. With this knowledge of the islands challenges the organization must look at these issues and ways to address them first before it can establish itself.
Forces Involved in Problem Formulation
To ensure that every factor is taken into account the organization can use a number of methods such as the scientific methods can be used to observe and verify that one particular interest works, or a logical method can be used to the weather problems, and persuasive methods (Thinking, 2007) can be used to assemble the community for support of healthcare assistance and possible planning for future projects concerning structural assemblies. These particular changes could make for a happier community and acceptance of the organization, and more advanced sound buildings and structures conducive to the island environment.
Obstacles Impacting Key Stakeholders
The importance sound structures are only a part of the issues necessary for the success of the island economy and those who reside on it. Meetings must be established with the key stakeholders to in order that goals may be projected displaying the organizational intentions and benefits. This can be done by using a criteria matrix, and by showing a Plus/Minus/Implications method to persuade present and potential interests in the project. The organizations goal will be displayed to the stakeholders in order to reflect the company’s intentions for growth, the impact of the goods and services the island will provide and the effect it has on the company, the family and people all over the world.
Conclusion
The Island Country of Kava, although considered third world country, will soon be a part of the modern world, as the diversity of the Island life meets the modern world of development. With using the goods and services the island provides, the organization will can responsibly provide for the weather beaten Island with resources useful for combat disease and the most viscous of storms.
