The nutrition information is derived from testing conducted in accredited laberotaries, published resources or for information provided from McDonald’s suppliers. * Conclusion: 1.McDonalds is maintaining its product quality according to the International standards.2.The customization of product & services according to the culture of India has resulted in customer satisfaction. AIRLINES: The competitive market place is forcing the airline industry to follow for new strategies & approaches to stay in profit these days. The air supply management deals with surrounding air quality Standards to grow and opportunities to cut costs and improve performance. The closer alignment of goals with the airlines is necessary, according to industry analysts & top suppliers may need to change their tack. There should be proper flight exploring after movement control. The ideal information management system is a closed loop to support continuous improvement and the processes are modelled to support simulation of the entire system. Where the processes involve computing devices, simulation is enhanced if these devices themselves can be used in the model. Comparing the actual outcome with the simulation predictions allows refinement of the process simulation models. We have to transform inputs into outcomes with the available resources. The inputs are land, labor, capital, management & technology.
