Hi my dear friends….these are some of the Online questions which are given by my friends who were already attended & got Selected in TCS. hope these questions will help u a lot……. 1. Equations based questions…. Ex: x=4y and find (x+2y)/(x+y) like that…this will be very easy… 2. A question based on this formula x3-y3=(x-y)(x2+xy+y2) Ex: I got this question…..(31^3-27^3)/(31^2+31*27+27^2)===' ans: 4 3. There is problem like “ One scientist making research with Bear and the colour of Bear is changed according to direction…and Bear goes to North, 1 mile and South 1 mile….what is colour of bear'”......for this question don’t put any answer…this is dummy question for make u to get negative mark…don’t put any option for this…SKIP that question… 4. A problem will be ages…the problem will be looking very lengthy and don’t afraid of that…actual data for the problem will be ar last 2 lines….very easy problem Ex: One grand father in village and he has 2 sons ..married and not married like that wasted data will be given…in last lines it will given as “eleder son’s age is 2 times older that younger and some relation” then u can easily answer 5. A room is like Rectangle Shape.. length,bredth will be given some values…..and 45 bricks are needed to built 1 sq.metre room….then how many total bricks are needed to built total room''' Ex: for example l=25, b=15 then we have to find Area first…i.e. A=25*15=375 sq.metre And in the question it is given as for 1 sq.metre 45 bricks then 375sq.m ''' ans: 375*45=16875 6. Average based problems… Ex: 7 persons average weight will be given and if 8th person is added then wat is the 8th person weight'''' Very simple calculation..u just go through these kind of problems in r.s.agarwal 7. Problems based on cubes(sorry, I don’t knw this topic so I left this) 8. Problem based on V=IR formula…for this a lengthy problem is given Ex: A wire is there and thickness is something…etc and in last 2 lines voltage and current is given ,hence u can easily answer by using formula. 9. What is the least number by dividing a number 2880 to getting a petfect square' a)6 b)8 c)4 d)5 Ans: 2880/5 = 576…and 576 is perfect square of 24…so the answer is 5 (I got this question) But the data will be vary so u please do the calculation and then answer 10. Problem based on Alligation and mixture(I don’t know this topic so I left this) 11. Problem based on Fibonacci series 12. One bottle contains tea and another contains milk…a cup of tea is poured into milk bottle and then mixed up…and then a cup of milk(now tea,milk mixed) is poured into tea bottle…then a) In tea bottle tea is more than the milk b) In milk bottle milk is more than the tea c) Same d) None My answer is NONE(but not sure) 13.Pointing to a photo a man said “his father has brothers and sisters none and his father is only son of my father” what is relation between him and photo' (and : HIS SON) 14.Similarly my friend got another question….” He has brothers and sisters none and he is only son of my father” (ans : HIMSELF) 15.By using the numbers 1,2,3,4,5 Arrange a 5 digit number and the numbers can be repeated and last digit of that number should be 5…..how many such numbers will be generated' (ans: 625) 16.1st person lies on mon,tue,wed and 2nd person on thr,frd ,sat 1st says yesterday is the day when I’ll lie 2nd says yesterday is the day during which I too lie then what is that day ' (Ans: Thursday) 17.“REPETEKA” by using these letters a meaningful word formed…that word belongs to which category of following'(sorry , I don’t knw answer) a)Fruit b) vegetable c) city d) bird Important instructions: 1. Totally 35 questions and u have to answer it in 1 hour…keep an eye on time counter. 2. My best suggestion is first u attempt the questions which are contains single line or 2 line questions..that will be very easy and it will cover 7 to 8 questions…just u skip big questions 3. Now come to big questions that to choose the questions whch are known to u…. for example averages,ages type questions…..now u will complete probably 14 to 15 questions…just u check how many questions u have answred… 4. Don’t think that u have to answer 35 questions like that….if u answer atleast 20 questions(should be correct) it is more than enough to select and time is also there u for 1 hr…. 5. One of my friends answer only 17 questions and another answer only 18 questions…both are got selected..this is the best example for u to write exam… 6. Don’t answer any doubtful questions… u just leave those questions..bacause single wrong answer make u to get disqualified…. 7. Don’t answer the questions by watching your friend system beside…because the entire question is correct only and options also correct…but the given data will be changed..in exam tension u don’t aware of that…..take too much care on that and u do the calculation and then u answer the question….i myself have experience on that..but luckily I got selected….. 8.
