TASK: Individually, the student elaborates a journal where they express information about themselves. The journal will be divided in five sections or pages.

CONTENTS – Section 1: PERSONALITY
The student will describe his personality from an objective approach. They will provide the more honest description they can to point out positive and negative qualities they have, and then give his/herself some pieces of advice or mention the pieces of advice they have received to improve as person and find a balance. Then, the student will define himself as an optimist or pessimist and explain giving arguments why (s)he considers her/himself like that. Finally, they will share an outstanding experience that dramatically changed her/his life perspective or personality and explain why this changed occurred.
CONTENTS – Section 2: MUSICAL TASTES
The student will mention the kind of music (s)he prefers and describe all its elements. The student will explain his/her music experiences and habits, the concerts (s)he has been to, the music albums (s)he has bought, etc. Then, the student will give an detailed explanation about why he thinks this music is important in his life and the benefits and effects (s)he has had of listening to this music. After that, the student will describe a favorite artist (s)he has and describe his personality (positive and negative qualities), why they like it, and the kind of music this artist plays.
CONTENTS – Section 3: MONEY AFFAIRS
The student will explain his/her short-term and long-term financial goals and other important plans for the future. Then, the student will mention which decisions having to do with money and shopping (s)he regrets or produce him/her remorse and explain why. After that, his/her spending habits will be described and defined as one or more of the concepts learnt in this unit and justify his description. At the end, the student will explain whether (s)he finds charity and investment important or not and explain why (s)he thinks so. Provide your most honest opinion about this topic.
CONTENTS – Section 4: APPEARANCE
The student will describe his/her own appearance, fashion, and style and explain why (s)he prefers this kind of clothing or outfits. Mention what they have done to change or improve his/her appearance and why (s)he did it. He will identify the social, psychological and personality elements that influence his/her appearance and the way (s)he dresses and identify what really makes a person beautiful. Mention important social events the student usually attends and the way (s)he dresses up for them. Then mention the different opinions people have on the appropriate ways to dress for this event. Include an experience in which the student was overdressed or underdressed, explaining how he felt and why.
CONTENTS – Section 5: MY COMMUNITY
The student will complain in a polite way about bad or annoying habits people have in social contexts and describe what makes these habits annoying or bad. Then, mention the options you’d give to people for them not to annoy you with those habits or public conduct. Then, the students has to identify his/her own annoying habits and list different things that can be done for not being annoying or impolite in social contexts. The student will identify the usual problems his/her community and also express different ways in which (s)he gets involved or helps her/his community.
