My personality type According to the Myers-Briggs Foundation (2007, the aim of Isabel Briggs Myers in creating the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ) personality inventory was to make the insights of type theory accessible to individuals and groups. The three different personality types based on the personality profiles developed by Isabel Myers (and tested using the MBTI personality inventory, are the ISTJ (Introverted Sensing Thinking Judging, ESFP (Extraverted Sensing Feeling Perceiving, and INFJ (Introverted Intuitive Feeling Judging). The aim of this paper is to analyze my personality type indicated on the Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator test based on the score. As a result, my personality type is Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging (ISFJ) from Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator test. My score was Introverted 33%, Sensing 1%, Feeling 12%, and Judging 22%. According to Myers-Briggs, ISFJs are interested in maintaining order and harmony in every aspect of their lives. They are firm and meticulous in handling their responsibilities. Although reserved, are people-oriented and very observant. Not only remember the details about others, but observe and respect others' feelings. Friends and family are likely to describe them as thoughtful and trustworthy. Also, this personality type it’s called Protectors for the reason that likely to seek positions of leadership since they may feel uncomfortable in the attention. They are often seen as the people who do whatever is necessary to keep things running smoothly. They do their best to prevent problems. Like the Provider, they can be attracted to fields in medicine, education or social service. From my point of view, I feel like this category is pretty accurate for several reasons. I am well balanced and believe in traditions.   As a guardian, I protect those around me.   Not, in the material senses all the time but in the true sense of support, nutrition, and love.   A few characteristics of ISFJ personality are being dependable, listening lifelong relations, and respectable. Dependable, is major action in my view of the world.   Being dependable tells people who you are and that you care about those around you.   It is a security to some too know they always have a shoulder to lean on or an ear to listen.   I am not huge speaker due to the fear of what others may think about my feelings and views.   I will express my life experiences to others if I feel that I can provide a direction for a solution through my accomplishments or mistakes. I am true listener and I can recall almost every story for years to come.   I especially can recall events in details that affected the way I viewed or felt about my life. As a protector I strive to be in serious relationship. Being in a permanent relationship tells about who you are. It tells me that you are dependable, that you care, and you want to satisfy your loved ones needs. I do make a great friend, since I will work and work to make a relationship last.   I want to be remembered as a loving person and a true friend.   Only with close friends will open about the fears I have inside. The major fear I have is that perhaps I could have done more or the what if's in the past and the present. Furthermore, when I am at my work place, I just realized that sometimes I felt that all I do is not enough to make boss happy. I do a good job and he depends on me with too many task because I am the only one knows how to do it. However, I keep feeling that I can do much more. Personally, I shouldn’t have to feel that way because I know I am a good worker and I do my very well. Finally, the Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging (ISFJ) personality type has too many positive things, but people who have this type of personality need to be aware not to be taken advantage of.
