Test that you can safely lift before actually lifting. 6. Avoid twisting or bending as you lift. Electricity at work 1. Make sure all electric objects are in good working order and have passed the health and safety regulations and requirements. 2. Keep the electrical objects away from the reach of the child. 3. Make sure all electricity equipment undergoes a risk assessment regularly. The control of substances hazardous to health 1.
