She is characterized for be brave, and for protect her daughter of anything. She is north American citizen, and not like muslim costumes at the end of the story. * Moody: He is the husband of Betty, he hav e a daughter with Betty, Mahtob. He is Iranian; he lives in the United States at the beginning of the story, when he is a good father and husband seeing at an American point. Then when he goes with your family from Iran, he changes his personality, and is a good father and husband seeing at Islamic point. At Betty’s point, he changes for bad. * Mahtob: She is the daughter of Betty and Moody, she has three years at the beginning of the story, she turned four years on Iran, and then her five years also until the end of the movie. * Houssein: He is a men that Betty knew at the market, he is very friendly and supportly; he help to Betty for go out of Iran for return to United States with your daughter. * Nasserine: She is the sister of Moody. * Mammal: He is the cousin of Moody. * Plot: * The movie tells the real history of Betty Mahmoody that is married with an lranian men Moody and have a little daughter Mahtob. When she return to the house, Moody react violently with Betty. Then, she apologized to Moody, and tell to Moody that if they can go to live with Mammal (a parent of Moody), and he support the idea. After, they knew an uncle of Moody that tell this day to Betty that go to a Koran classes in English.Then Betty goes a day to the market to make a call to you family in USA, and make a friend, the men that provided to she the telephone. This men, Houssein, help Betty to go out of Iran and find help to return to her country with her daughter. Betty and Mahtob, travelled a lot of distance in car, travelled in deserts, and etc, and in the last, they come to Turkey and goes to United States embassy, the finish the movie, that we supposed that they return with they American family. * Conflicts: * Man vs. Society/Moody vs. American Society: Moody be affected for the discrimination that have the American people for the Iranian people, because United States and Iran are in a war. * Man vs. Man/Moody vs. Betty: Betty discuss with Moddy, because at the day of the return to the United States, they learned that they had to stay at airport three days before for stamped they passports. For then they can not travel for return to United States. * Man vs. Man/Moody vs. Betty: Betty discuss for second occasion with Moody, because Moody tell too she that renounced to their job in United States, and Betty accused to he that all the things that be occurred at the time were the fault of he. * Man vs. Society/Betty vs. Moody’s family: Betty go to talk with Moody family for see that they give their opinion of the conflict about the return to the United States. She tell to they that Moody swore with the Koran in their hands that the three return in two weeks to US, and that he not fulfilled his words.
