Challenges distributing food and water in timely manner. 2. What are you command messages' We are please to be here to assist the Azerbaijan government with humanitarian needs. Our mission is to secure and store food supplies and ensure they are delivered to the NGO sites in a timely manner - the food is then distributed to the local population from these sites. We are also responsible for providing security in our area of operation. It is imperative that our Soldiers adhere to all measures outlined in ROE. I hope we and the Azerbaijan government will continue to work together in future operations. 3. Develop a 30-second sound bite synopsis for release to the media at the beginning of your upcoming press conference. We will continue our mission with securing and storing food supplies and ensure they are issued to the Azerbaijan government in a timely manner. Our goal is to strive for maximum effectiveness and achieve success. We will continue to implement security measures to protect our Soldier and our area of operation. All Soldiers are trained on ROE measures and we will ensure these measures are not violated. I hope we continue to work hand-n-hand with the Azerbaijan government for years to come. 4. Develop 10 anticipated questions and their answers to ensure you are prepared to the address the media. 1a. How often are food supplies distributed to the local populace' 1b. We ensure that food supplies are distributed to the NGO sites in the timely manner. 2a. Did the Soldiers fire warning shots prior to shooting in the crowd' 2b. The Soldiers implemented the appropriate force protection security measures in protecting their comrades and their area of operation. 3a. How many civilians were injured' 3b. At this time, we do not know if anyone in the local populace was injured. We are will to provide any medical assistance needed. 4a. Were there any casualties' 4b. We do not know if there were any casualties. 5a.What injuries did the Soldiers sustain' 5b. The Soldiers have been examined by physicians and are motivated to continue on with the mission. 6a. Do you have any information as to why the crowd became irate' 6b. It is imperative that we continue to issue food supplies to the NGO sites in an expeditiously manner. 7a. How well-trained are your Soldiers on ROE' 7b. We have proactive, competent leaders who are consistently instilling the importance of ROE; and are providing all measures for these measurements from being compromised. 8a. What disciplinary actions will be taken against the Soldiers' 8b. We are currently conducting an investigation gather further details on this incident. 9a. What preventive measures will you enforce to prevent this from reoccurring in the future' 9b. We will continue with our mission with securing and storing food supplies on our compound, while also enforcing force protection and security measures. 10a. It is important that we continue implement security measures and train, train and continue to re-train Soldiers on ROE in order to prevent any conflicts from occurring in the future. 5.
