An individual that can work effectively in a team, under his own initiative and handle tasks brilliantly for polished results. Previous roles in hospitality, teaching and industrial work have helped develop excellent organisational skills and effective face to face customer service skills. Key Skills - Assisting children from the ages of 6 to 11 years old at Foxdell Junior School, helped me become flexible and gain good communication and organisational skills. I Took responsibility for children's day to day activities, in the class room and in outdoor activities, also helped with the planning of curriculum work, reported back to teachers and senior members of staff. This acquired being patient and maintaining an optimistic attitude. I was involved in the organising of lesson plans and filing paperwork for members of staff. My duties included scanning, photocopying, using Microsoft word and excel, preparation of letters to parents and forms for trips. This position developed my skills of working independently to ensure I met deadlines. I was proactive and highly organised. - Working in hospitality I developed excellent face to face customer service skills, duties included, taking orders, serving customers, making sure the customers got their food on time and also making sure everything was up to customer satisfaction. - I've gained a number of skills working for a leading company who specialise in receiving and distributing branded goods all around the world. My main duties were the intake and dispatch of home electrical and furnishing goods to meet with all internal and external requirements, also utilising the existing systems in order to enable items to be accurately logged. Being flexible and working effectively under pressure was something I became consistent in. My hands-on experience and practical knowledge are well suited to the goals of your company. Therefore I am positive I can make a good impact and benefit your company.
