Who am i' I am a follower of God, one of “God's elect”, “who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father”. As a specific chosen Christian, I shall have “Grace and peace in abundance.” To be one of a select group of people chosen by the almighty God, to follow him under his word of the bible, I feel greatly honoured. “In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” I hope to serve Jesus the way he served us. Jesus died on the cross, and our sins were healed as he did so. It is most important that we acknowledge what he has sacrificed for us, and we serve him with respect and honour as is necessary. “Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls”. Every day I pray to him, asking for forgiveness for my sins, which I unfortunately commit. However, my sins are forgiven as a Christian I follow the word of the bible, and live as God tells me to. Where am i' As a Christian believer in God, I am in the world created by God. I have been born into this world, and I will live in this world for as long as I am instructed to. However, I am curious as to if there is another world out there somewhere. Is there another place which you are sent to' Am I in the correct world' Is there where I am supposed to be' I think the answer to that is yes. I was born into this world, and I am a servant of God, my saviour. God created the earth for everyone to live in. He did so in 7 days and 7 nights. This is one of God’s almighty feats which he has many of, incomparable, even to someone like Bradman, a legend of cricket. Bradman did some remarkable things in his time, none the least to end up with an average of 99.94, simply unthinkable. However, someone him, you cannot begin to try to compare his feats to those which God and son Jesus have done. Creating an Earth in which everyone can live. No discrimination evident, as everyone has the choice to believe in his word of the bible, in which I have chosen to do; I believe the most important decision of my life. What is wrong' Although God has created a world, in which everyone can live in, and everything should be equal, unfortunately this is not the case. The world is full of mistakes. Not made by God, but made by us, the people of the land. Sadly not all of us live the way in which we were set out to by God. We are “chosen and precious”, however we sometimes do not realise this, and disrespect the almighty creator. “Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful desires, which war against your soul. “12Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us.” The sin in which we do can be forgiven majority of the time. Although this is the case, we cannot rest and be sure that this will always be the case. We must always strive to live the way we were created to and endeavour to be the best Christian possible. Although evil exists in the world, the majority of people don’t mean to harm and live for righteousness. What’s the solution' “For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, 19but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. 20He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.” Jesus put his body on the line and bore our sins on his body, so that we could be freed of all sins. He took harsh punishment, but took it like everyone Christian should. “He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. 25For you were like sheep going astray, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.” As we endure in our relationship with Christ, we grow old and become reliable saints of God’s word. However, we must never take for granted our relationship, as it is valued very highly by Jesus and we must repay this in return. We may make mistakes, but we should fix these as told to. “For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God. 24For,    "All men are like grass,       and all their glory is like the flowers of the field;    the grass withers and the flowers fall” What happens in the end' “and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade—kept in heaven for you, 5who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time. 6In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. 7These have come so that your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honour when Jesus Christ is revealed.” As Jesus has shown us all, he has come forward to talk to us, and guide us through tuff times. He has stepped forward when required by his followers, and this is why, I am so grateful to be in his long distance presence as I am today. I have full confidence in the bible and that one day I will proudly come before him and meet him. Till that day, I will maintain my full believe in him and live as he wants me to.
