・Manage the Information Technology asset management process for software and technology-related hardware within the organization.
・Designs and develops systems to support initial executions and subsequent process optimization efforts.
・Lead the Information Technology Department to develop solutions and certify systems meet the needs of the organization in terms of quality and functionality.

Recruitment using the Internet is growing. IT asset management analyst is a lower-executive level job, and team B concluded job posting on the Internet is the best way to reduce recruiting costs, to keep faster recruiting cycle, and to increase audience reach. Team B assumes, job seeker for such IT asset management analyst use Internet more than print publications. IT assets management analyst is such a practical job with employer focusing on 5-7 years similar work experience more than high educational background. With the knowledge of IT financial management processes and practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, chargeback is, costing of services, and capital and operating expense handling and in interpreting terms and conditions are very important in this position. Overall selection processes that Team B agreed to use in regards to this scenario will be to formulate a generic grading sheet that consists of applicable industry certifications, college degrees, and years of industry and managerial experience to break out the remaining applicants that remain after the initial rough selection. Upon successfully agreeing on a top-ten list of qualified applicants final selection will be voted upon by all team members after weighing personal interview performance, references, and a generic situational test to ensure that the best possible fit for the job opening is selected towards the mutual benefit of the employee and the company.
In conclusion, the determination of the recruitment and selection process of prospective employees is one of the foremost functions of Human Resource Management.
