In order for Dirt Bike Inc. to increase sale, better market reduce labor, and secure private information some changes have to be made. Companies that start off small, and in time gain success, can only sustain that success by investing a percentage of their yearly profits back into the company. Over the years Dirt Bike has evolved into a profitable company and yet they are still willing to find a new way of increasing sales, and making their company more relevant. Dirt Bike has a hundred or more employees that divided up into different departments. There is a sales team, and marketing HR department (human resource) and an engineering and production department. Dirt Bike provides internet access and desktop computers to its staff. But in order to become more effective and to better customer services potential clients and consumers changes need to be made. Networking is very important for a business to run smoothly and effectively without further investing in technology it can damage, & stunt the growth of any organization. Completing the overhaul of an IT infrastructure would be recommend although, with that in mind there are costs than be associated with implementing a new system. But, the costs would be beneficial thus, causing an increase in sales, and customer satisfaction. Upgrading a system can and would become a revenue generator for a business. It seems as if the company worries about the communication expenses and about how much income is being used and spent on obtaining information. For an organization to run smoothly, & effectively, enough to communicate and to obtain the information efficiently enough, we need to analyze and evaluate solutions. The recommended solutions would be to see what types of tools and also, what type of technology would be useful to employees, and their organizations. The Company could also use the internet to find the best method for shipping products to consumers as well as, being able to track shipped products which would lead to faster deliveries with less package loss. The Company could also, create banner ads that they can post to other websites in like a link exchange that way when someone goes to a webpage about dirt bikes they would see an add on that page from dirt bikes U.S.A they could literally create several ads that are shared in a link exchange with hundreds or even possibly thousands of other related websites, all of which would generate more traffic to their website and lead to increased sales and revenue.
