What are the three dimensions to business problems' The three dimensions are Organization
dimensions, Technology dimensions, and People dimensions. 1: Organizational dimension is defined
as outdated business processes, unsupported culture and attitudes, political conflict, Turbulent
business environment and change, complexity of task, Inadequate resources. An example of this would
be customers not being able to track their orders on a real time basis or having out dated information
on the businesses customers. 2: Technology dimensions this is described as insufficient or aging
hardware, outdated software, inadequate database capacity, insufficient telecommunications capacity
incompatibility of old systems with new technology, rapid technology change. I example of this problem
would be not purchasing and keeping up to date software programs and hardware for the business.
3: People dimensions this is described as a lack of employee training, difficulties of evaluating
Performance , legal and regulatory compliance , lack of employee support and participation ,
Indecisive management, poor management. A couple of good examples of this problem would be

at using the technical systems or in putting the data the correct way.
