WELCOME ILE PHASE 2 STUDENTS! READ THE ENTIRE EMAIL. <>
Welcome to the Intermediate Level Education- Common Core (ILE-CC) Phase II classes!
1) Using the map, drive past the first garage that has restricted access and proceed to the EAST parking garage.
2) You may park on any level other than G2.
3) Enter the building directly from the garage on even levels - G2, G4, etc.
4) Regardless of the floor on which you park, use the elevator just inside the door and take it to the Lower Level (LL).
5) When exiting the elevator on the Lower Level, go to the right and proceed until you reach a large conference center area.
6) Turn right and look for ROOMS B&C. ***This is where our first class will be.***
UNIFORM
The uniform will be ACU. Class always starts promptly so please do not be late.
TRAINING SCHEDULE
Attached is a DRAFT TRAINING SCHEDULE. During our first day of class we will review this and see if we need to adjust any dates.
STUDENT ACTION REQUIRED
1. To confirm your registration and give you a quick "in brief" make verbal contact with me at my cell phone prior to 30 Sept 2012. If you leave a message provide me with a phone number and a date/time I can call you back. I also use text a great deal so feel free to text me the date/time and
I will call you. I check AKO daily so email me a date/time there if you like as well.
2. See attached xls file 234R. Open and look for your name on the first tab (ONLY THE FIRST TAB). Fill out your information (Rank, branch, address, etc), save it and then email it to me at my AKO address. I need this to complete your enrollment.
