It could be $10 or $1,000, but the main idea is to limit your spending. Write down everything you think you'll need for the party and an estimate of the coasts. Make sure you stay in that frame. Check the internet for craft ideas for centerpieces and decorations. You do not have to have every thing your heart desires for your party.
