Not only the business world needs people good at socializing, but also every corner of the world filled with human activities, with no expectance even to the most tiresome field of science, as it requires the cooperation of scientists and research assistants. To our great disappointment, in the circumstance of insufficiencies of the socializing educations provided by parents alone, the system of formal education is not truly aware of importance of socialization. As a wide acceptance that only a broad range of scientific knowledge will not lead to the success of a Nobel-Prize winner, education is also inadequate to the students if containing merely courses of science. To emphasize this point, a wide range incidents and evidences will do, for example, the gunshot case consists of a Korean student, alienated by his classmates, and more than 20 innocent lives. However, in this society with already too much defraud, distrusts, and unwillingness to cooperation, how can the next generation probably deal with the vast ocean of information, as a single person could absorb a drop of it, but only to find no way to combine it, share it, and utilize it' In short, the school should pay more attention to the education of socialization, while hold its course toward the island of science and technology. In the final analysis, it is the ability of socialization on the younger generation that determines the future of the society, although the ability to manage science and technology also plays its role. To help develop a better society, and as incidents and statistics both warns, schools should actively improve its education to train the interpersonal abilities of their students.
