AirAsia Berhad is one of the airlines which based Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT). AirAsia was established in 1993 and started first flight in November, 1996 in Malaysia. It’s operates scheduled domestic and international flights. AirAsia expanding rapidly and very popular and now AirAsia had an affiliate with another airline such as Thai AirAsia and Indonesia AirAsia. AirAsia was pioneered low cost traveling in Asia. In 2003, AirAsia opened a second route in Johor Bahru near Singapore and launched its first international flight to Bangkok. While flights to Macau started in 2004, and LCCT will initially handle 10 million passengers a year. AirAsia Group is expected to carry 18 million passengers in 2007. AirAsia operates with the world’s lowest unit cost of US$ 0.023. As we know, E-Buisness had a many types such as Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Customer (B2C), etc. In E-Business, AirAsia belong in B2C because that company tries to sell they service for customer directly. AirAsia has progressively launched value added services into the flight options. In 2007, AirAsia introduced the web check-in. This made AirAsia the first airline in Malaysia to offer the ability to check in online and print out boarding passes. It is now available for many countries domestic travel only and for those with no check-in baggage. Now, a service named "Xpress Boarding" has been launched. That’s new service enable passengers to get priority boarding with minimum fee. Beside that, this service enables the passengers to get a low price and choose seats at ease. After launching web check in and kiosk check-in, AirAsia will later introduce PDA check-in.
