We will gain more profit than stand alone restaurant’s  because we will offer additional services besides food. I feel this service is needed  because it will gain us more exposure, the more people hear about our products and  ideas, the more interest we gain from other companies as sponsors. A small fee can be  applied to the products they advertise in our restaurant. The extra income we acquire  can go to advancing other innovative projects were working on. The company will  grow because the restaurant will create more jobs and if all goes well we could branch  off and add stand alone franchises. The revenue generated could also allow us to add  new additions to the building where we can expand and add other new services. Receiving consumer  feedback will increase our customer  relationship and give us insight on what  we can improve. Creating a themed  environment would put customers  and employees in interactive setting,  which will keep everyone involved and  excited about our new products. Placing  brochures and advertisement in the  restaurant will further introduce  customers to our creative abilities. To  maximize these abilities we must establish  what interest the customer, I believe a  Consumer Interest survey is the best way to do  so. When we find out their interest we can  create products they are more responsive to  Many companies will be interested in renting space from us because of the extra  exposure they will gain from the restaurant. Finding companies compatible with other  businesses in the building won’t be a problem because most companies are profit driven  and if were generating revenue we will attract them. The most compatible will be filtered  out during the interview process. Companies joining the building will benefit from  sharing their services with other companies in it. The major benefit, especially for  companies that sell similar products, is it will reduce the cost of their materials. This will  benefit us because we can sell them to them at a reduced price.  The employees will be excited because they will save money on travel and receive  reduced prices when they dine in. As our profits increase we will be able to give them  raises and bonuses. The new additional services we add to the building will also give  employees new job and career opportunities. To promote comradery we can establish a  rewards programs that would honor employees that successfully reach sales goals.  Holding weekly meetings will allow employees to be heard and make them more  involved in our business plan.
