COURT ACCESS: Please refer to main notice board or visit club website www.etkgtennis.org.au MONDAY NIGHT SOCIAL TENNIS (7-10pm): Contact James Partington (8332 9603, 0414 186 033). WEDNESDAY NIGHT DOUBLES COMPETITION: Contact Gail Freeman (8332 4275 a/h). JUNIOR COMPETITION: Matches commence in October ( actual date to be confirmed on our website). Players are asked to be at ETKG early for the first match for details of team placings and court locations. Players unavailable for any matches are to inform Edie Davies on 8331 9796 (after 6pm). JUNIOR PRACTICE: Practice is held each Wednesday from 4-5pm for girls Division 4 and lower, 5-6pm for boys Division 4 and lower and 6-6.45pm for Div 1-3 boys and girls. SENIOR COMPETITION: Senior matches commence Saturday October 9th. With split times the first round matches commence at 12.45pm, so players should be at their court location by 12.30pm. Second round matches can commence at 3.15pm as courts become available, so players should be at their court location by 3pm. SENIOR PRACTICE: Practice is held each Thursday from 4.30 pm during the Summer Season, commencing on Thursday October 7th. SENIOR TEAM SELECTION: Players are expected to be available for all matches. Team listings will be posted on the website (approx 3pm) and on the outside notice board (approx 6pm) each Thursday. Please check each week for team placing and court location. The Senior Team Coordinator’s role will be advisory only. We are planning to have 5 members in each team, and the teams will be responsible for finding their own fill-ins. The Team Coordinator will have a list of fill-ins in order of merit for reference. SOCIAL ACTIVITIES: Members will be advised of social functions via newsletters or fliers displayed in clubhouse. All members are urged to support functions. Bar facilities are available at the times designated in the Bar. LIGHTS: Six courts are lit and are available for members’ use. Bookings and the purchase of tokens which operate the lights, are available by contacting Andrew Dick on 8364 3953 after 6.30pm. Lights switch off automatically at 10.30pm. CHANGE OF ADDRESS: If you change your address, telephone number or email address during the year, please inform the secretary so that the records can be adjusted accordingly.
