"A question that sometimes drives me hazy: am I or are the others crazy'" - Albert Einstein a theoretical physicist, philosopher, an author, one of the most influential and best known scientists and intellectuals of all time. One of the reasons I am so greatly interested in Einstein is because he was a great thinker, his magnificent intelligence and originality has made the word "Einstein" synonymous with genius. The theory of relativity really got me interested in physics and it made people cerebrate space/time a lot more. Einstein's most famous equation E=mc2 lead to the creation of the atomic bomb, and once again changed the way we look at things, he showed us that Energy and mass are the same, I was extremely intrigued of the fact that you can take mass and transform it into gargantuan amounts of energy, this theory also got me very interested in physics just the thought of taking trash(paper, plastic, ETC, all mass) and use it to power our cities is quite prodigious. Einstein is arguably the most influential man in history, he changed the way we perceive multiple things in this world. For one thing, Einstein was so famous just because of a few of his traits, he was different, intellectual, and philosophical. His originality superseded every other philosopher of his time. Somehow he was able to make such extraordinary discoveries such as the ones in Einstein's theory of relativity(Special relativity and General relativity). Even though Einstein never took an IQ test his IQ was estimated at 160 - 170. Einstein was a great thinker and is a marvelous idol. As a result, of Einstein's amazing originality and intelligence, the theory of relativity was born. This famous and revolutionary theory is actually comprised of two theories, General relativity and special relativity. Special relativity explained a lot of things, and it also proved a lot of things such as forwards time travel(traveling backwards in time is still, impossible). General relativity also talked about time travel, but it was mostly targeted at gravity and its interaction with the time/space continuum. This theory really sucked me into physics due to the fact I learned time travel was actually possible, without this amazing theory our understanding of time travel, light, and gravity would be much less advanced. For the most part, Einstein's theories and equations were never a step short of spectacular. Einstein really did out do himself with his most well know equation E=MC2. This equation lead to the creation of the atomic bomb, the formula basically describes how one works. This equation was a huge discovery, it stated Energy was equal to mass. Furthermore, it was a somewhat life changing equation, at least for some people, it really did change the way we look at mass and energy it did for me this was quite a challenging theory to grasp, but when I did grasp it I looked at the world and the universe differently and really how greatly complex things are. In summary, Einstein is a great idol, was a great philosopher, a theorist, but most importantly an original and creative person. Einstein's originality surpassed the other thinkers of his time, Einstein himself was very pensive as well. He completely changed the way we think about the time/space continuum, light, and gravity in his theory of relativity. Once again he completely changed people with his most well known and famous equation E=MC2, sadly the army wanted to use this equation to develop atomic energy through the act of nuclear fission(nuclear bomb), even though this equation can be used to kill millions, it can save a lot more, the massive amount of power produced from nuclear fusion can be used to produce massive amounts of electricity with ongoing nuclear fusion research. All of Einstein's theories have been proven to be accurate, he was a man ahead of his time, one of the most significant scientists/theorists/philosophers, he really is one of the greatest thinkers in history, a great idol too.
