Don't_Find_a_Fault_,_Find_a_Remedy

Hello everyone my name is and the speech I am going to be presenting would be a quote by Henry ford which is: “don't find a fault , find a remedy” First of all what does this quote means' It means that one shouldn't blame someone for something bad that has happened, but should instead find a solution for it. The idea is that one who wastes their time pointing fingers and criticizing when facing a difficult situation won't help anyone; one should actually just focus on finding a remedy for it, a cure, and a solution, to correct and improve things. Each of us faces problems even babies do… we can’t run away from these because it is one of the persistent things in this world. Understand that most problems are a good sign; everywhere and every culture indicate problems as a test from God. Problems indicate that progress is being made, and you are moving towards your goals. Beware when you have no problems, as problems are like landmarks of progress. My friends and classmates may see that I am an easy go lucky person, that I do not have any problems or worries at all. But they are wrong… I am just a typical teenager who gets sick because of problems. My usual problems are about my friends for I am easily affected when they are sad or that have problems, and I want everything to be perfect. That’s why I always try to help the, by solving their problems. In school, I have learned so much. It has been great and i was able to discover a new side of myself every time I faced challenges that life has to offer. Just as we are all students throughout life, we are also the teachers of ourselves. In fact, we learn best by offering what we desire for ourselves to as many individuals as we can, as frequently we can. Don’t dwell on what went wrong, and don’t blame others for it. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend your energies moving forward toward finding the answer. Thankyou
