Nothing great will ever be achieved without great mean, and men are great only if they are determined to do so. There can’t be any shortcut to success. The toil of years, the sweat of your brow, struggle you make, everything counts in achieving the goal. Looking at the biographies of great men, we find that the most of the successful persons owe their success to their hard work and dedication. They were the men who achieved their success with dedication, devotion and true hard work. See the example of Dhiru Bhai Ambani who put the Reliance Group in the fortune 500 companies, started merely with investment of Rs 15,000 and made it a company of Rs 60,000 crores, looks unbelievable, but it is a fact. The determination and devotion to do something extraordinary, rose anybody to such unimaginable heights, What this power I cannot say; All I know is that it exists and it becomes available only when a man is in that state of mind in which he knows exactly what he wants and is fully determined not to quit until he finds it. Quite often, we find that we missed a particular target by only a small margin, because we had not set any goal. When we fix a goal, our target, our efforts should be concentrated in one direction. Without a target life becomes like a rudderless boat. So set a goal for your life, and live it each day. And many other success habits like hard work and working hard will fall into place automatically. Figure out the WHY. Why are you here' Why does your life matter' That is the ultimate test of tour determination. In the end, I can only say that there is nothing unconquerable or which cannot be achieved. Whether one is on the death bed or fighting in the battle field, strong will power, focused concentration and determination leads you to the highest scale of life and guides you all through till victory is achieved.
