The latter are sentenced with fine, short imprisonment while the former have penalties with enormous amount of fines, lengthy stay to lifetime incarceration and the worst, death punishment. Supporters of human rights like me are absolutely not in favor of exterminating a life for each person has a right to exist. In the late 1990s of the Philippine history, a father was sentenced of death by poisonous injections for raping and killing her daughter. Though he was the primary convict in the country to be served with death, an assortment of religious sectors and human rights advocates instantaneously protested afterwards to end death penalty in the state. Conversely, in communist nation like China, death verdict was a usual punishment for drug dealers, murderers and grave wrongdoers. The court or any high authorities are not the Supreme Being to vindicate death to any lawbreakers since every person is fashioned alike and all has the right for a liberated and protected existence.
