The Communication Privacy Management theory clarifies that subsequent to associations being conventional the conclusion to reveal classified data to other individuals engages discusses opportunities in relation to how the data will be cooperatively controlled once revealed (Metzger, 2007). When I participate successfully amongst other individuals I have to remember to control my data in a manner that deliberately profits in my responsibilities. I have to frequently expose as well as secrete data from individuals to guarantee that my schedule is not negotiated. I was recently working on an assignment with my team and I recognized that a team member was revealing data to a certain source and claiming the answers and work as their own. This could have been more efficient if that particular team member distributed their thoughts as a team as well as increasing them while presenting them as a team. According to (Metzger, 2007) when it comes to working with an elevated level of hesitations about an individual, the Communicative Privacy Management theory calculates that there will be additional data previously to the conclusion to reveal concealed data. I am a Certified Nurses Assistant and it is my responsibility as well as for the rest of the co-workers that communications that encloses perceptive matters remains classified in order to protect the elevated points of data along with making sure to not break the confidentiality code. Groupthink takes place when the demands to be conventional in a team obstruct with that teams analysis of a dilemma as well as causing weak team judgments. The resourcefulness, distinctiveness, along with self-sufficient judgment that is missing in the recreation of team cohesiveness as are the advantages that can sometimes be achieved by making a judgment as a team by bringing diverse sources of thoughts, comprehension along with familiarity simultaneously to resolve a dilemma (West and Turner, 2004). Working in teams is frequent at the organization that I work at and in my opinion it is more effective for the teams to contain an open discussion so that diverse thoughts can be articulated so that the best option can be pursued. I have learned to articulate in my study analysis vigilantly with sustaining details to the strength of my dispute. I have also recognized that in order to be more successful as well as comprise a more organized team with thoughts from most of my team members I need to support their contribution. For instance, by asking questions in relation to forthcoming activities as well as supporting contribution from my team members and work together to contribute in activities with teamwork. Organizational culture is a cognitive structure consisting of feelings, ethics and behavioral standards along with opportunities that are mutual by the organizations members (West and Turner, 2004). This type of culture can be obligated through formal procedures, signs along with commercial speech. Formal procedures that observe workers representing his/her dedication to distributing astonishing work takes place monthly to represent organizational principles. When I was the employee of the month the organization had a ceremony like they do every month for the reason that it provides a privileged co-worker with satisfaction on what a good job that he/she is doing to maintain sufficient work ethics. However, in my opinion I think that it would be better if co-workers were purposely known by mentioning individual accomplishments publicly so that other co-workers will hope to pursue of the individuals honored. In conclusion, these are a few of the communication theories that I have learned in which have been very useful to a range of characteristics of my professional life. I am overwhelmed with how groupthink can influence teamwork along with knowing that contributing is more essential than meeting the requirements. Although, for providing infinite standpoint as well as impending into handling life’s circumstances, these theories can be used to explicate on exactly how circumstances in an individuals past has produces his/her judgments.
