As a Pharmacist, you have several patients that entrust you with secrets and health issues. You must promise to not speak of these issues outside of meetings with your patient.

A pharmacist places concern for the well-being of the patient at the center of professional practice. In doing so, a pharmacist considers needs stated by the patient as well as those defined by health science. A pharmacist is dedicated to protecting the dignity of the patient.
4. Pharmacist must always be honest with their patient
As a Pharmacist, you must always be honest with your patients as they are honest with you.
5. A pharmacist maintains professional competence.
As a Pharmacist, it is solely your duty to comprehend knowledge and abilities as new medications, devices and technologies become available and health information advances

The clientele you have a nutritionist/ dietician, their input and interest always comes first.

Being convicted of a crime, we will administer a background check. Depending on the crime committed, determines whether you would be come a professional dietician/nutritionist.
When considering hiring an applicant for a position the following must apply”
There are not to be any questions regarding race/color/ ancestry/ place of origin or ethnic origin.
No remarks regarding sexual nature or sexist comments.
No questions inquiring about the applicants sexual orientation.
No questions directly related to the applicants ability to perform essential duties of the specific job.
No questions regarding age.
No questions regarding marital status unless reasonable and genuine.
No request for record of offences unless certain that the applicant will be guaranteed position and a background check will be administered.
Majority of the conduct rules will be as followed. When the questions being asked during the hiring or termination process they will be asked within respect to the code of conduct of the company. Unless there are specific reasons as to why the prohibited questions will be asked. In today’s society, most companies done abide by conduct that was set by the management or people holding the highest positions of the company. The way things are influenced in the United States today depends on the person asking the questions and the experiences they have been through. If the business people of each company hold and do their part efficiently the code of conduct set will be abided by as follows and not opposed or modified by the hiring department of the company.
