Imagine that your Learning Team has been assigned a large project.
Prepare a plan of no more than 1,050 words that may be applied in a business setting and would increase your team’s motivation, satisfaction, and performance.
Address specific differences in attitudes, emotions, personalities, and values in your collaboration, and how each difference influences behavior. How may those differences be effectively implemented in the plan to positively influence the team'

Motivation can be described as the processes which account for the person’s intensity, direction and persistence attaining a goal. (Robbins) Motivation sets a direction that shows that an individual Employees are motivated to do their jobs well when they take ownership for their performance.
When managers work closely with their subordinates, it helps to increase job satisfaction. All employees should be allowed to voice their concern and their concern should be addressed accordingly. Employees like to be challenged mentally and to involve their skills and abilities. Employees enjoy flexible and supportive working conditions. Performance is directly associated with motivation and job satisfaction. Regardless of the underlying reasons, employee turnover is a costly challenge. To overcome this challenge we need to better understand how to keep our most valued employee resources (Morgan). It has been shown that happy employees are the ones who have higher performance.
