Legal and Political Framework of Germany The government of Germany has the impact on the environment, through government policies, laws and regulations, as well as other restrictive measures work. Government of Germany talks about foreign policy and attitudes that reflect the improvement of the fundamental ideas of the national interest. Therefore, before entering into Germany it is essential to try to assess the country's political and legal environment. In Germany, international marketing staff is aware of the political parties advocate, that are paying particular attention to the attitude of foreign investors and foreign governments. The enterprise is often seen as a representative of the country, and it is a symbol of nationality (Peter Katzenstein, 1989, P. 69-99). We do not have to study the basic proposition of representative of political parties, but also study the political parties of the country as a whole system, because each political party advocates will play an influence role on government policies. In Germany, the political system is not yet fully accepted because of regional differences that bring psychological differences and, also need considerable time to adjust and run-in. Affects on HR functions The political framework has affected the HR functions in several ways such as; with the change in the political framework, government is emphasizing to give benefits and take offs to employees. Working in government organization has some advantages and, employees are motivated working in such conditions where facilities are given especially, in Western Germany. Healthcare system of Germany Germany has the healthcare system with two main insurance such as; law enforced health insurance and private insurance (Kirkman-Liff, 1990). The healthcare insurance system of Germany is divided into different parts and, largest population (85%) is covered by the basic health insurance plan that is provided by statue. The remaining 15% seek for private insurance. Workers have to pay a certain amount for insurance from their salaries (Nevil Johnson, 1973). Workers with high salaries have the option for private insurance and, those employees who have the salary above €50,000.00 may go for private insurance. Economic System It should be said that the Eastern German enterprises gradually improve economic efficiency overall. According to the study report, the Eastern German labor productivity is understood by considering that each is job created by gross domestic product. Currently construction projects such as municipal reform makes the size of the city in the East and even township. It has been noticed that Germany smallest grassroots eastern 70% of the infrastructure has reached the standard of the West, the traffic conditions have been greatly improved, the overall technical level of communication facilities have been over the west, in full swing administrative units, the equivalent of villages has undergone a lot of changes. Recommendations If my manager asks me to prepare a team to work in this country, then I will recommend to work because of several following factors. • The most important thing is the experience of Germany in the financial support of change from the government. • changes in the structure of training and healthcare in favor of staff with legal, economic, sociological and pedagogical facilities. • modernization infrastructure of Industries including buildings, equipment, computer park funds manuals and offices. • Living standards and quality greatly improved.
