If he could express himself they would see behind his form is the son they always loved and maybe they wouldn’t have tried to get rid of him. 5. As Gregor’s condition deteriorates, his family’s condition improves. Some critics say that the title of the novel refers not only to Gregor’s metamorphosis, but also his family’s. Do you agree' I agree because as they no longer can rely on Gregor to bring money to the family they figure out they have their own talents and don’t need Gregor to make money.
