We place high emphasis on customer service and quality. We intend to continue to communicate openly with our customers regarding their needs and areas which require continued improvement. Based on customer feedback, we believe that passengers prefer our customer service to that of our competitors and that this preference is an important factor in their decision to fly with us over other airlines.
